The Earth Rhythm Calendar marks the solstices, the equinoxes, the âcross-quarter daysâ in between, the moon phases each month, and the times of sunrise and sunset on each moon date for 2026. At the start of a new season, you turn the calendar one quarter clockwise â a simple ritual to move with the turning of the Earth.

Owww the times. When we were in Portugal last month, my one year postpartum and breastfeeding body had a hard time healing, but we could pick the herbs from the hills, we treasured the land, and the ocean wind blew us into one. Happiest when the earth is the playground! Grateful we could make this trip to celebrate one year of being a family. Treasuring treasuring, as we learn along the way, nothing is for granted.

39 weeks ago today I birthed a child.
For a long time I believed I would get a son. When we heard the baby in the womb would become a daughter, I was confused for a week. And then I got scared. How to raise a daughter in this world? It felt like the biggest responsibility I could receive. How could I raise and protect her from the things I am scared of myself? How could I make sure that the patterns that still haunt me from time to time wonât be given to her? I still donât have the answers to all of these questions, but I did find calm in the thought I would only be gifted what I am capable of. I may trust my capacity - even though I will make mistakes. We are not here for perfect parenthood. We are here for honest parenthood. And I learn along the way.
I cannot describe how much Iâve already learned from her. Mostly by being honest while she being my mirror all day. I am facing my fears and while they seem even more scary now, I am meeting super powers, and I am feeling all the feels. My breath being my compass â my savior even, surely when I was pushing her out of my body and into this life, exactly at this hour of the day, 39 weeks ago.
Since a few days she stares at me very seriously and intriguingly, with her light but dark circled eyes. Not leaving my gaze for minutes. As if sheâs scared of something. I look back into her eyes and I recognise the same eyes that stared at me only minutes after birth, lying on my chest, when she still was an alien baby. I breathe with her. I kiss her forehead and try to soothe her with the sounds of my body. Through our gaze, I welcome her fears. Through our breaths, I invite trust. If thereâs one person on earth I believe in being capable of this life for a 1000%, itâs her.
I stare at her while she sleeps next to me. The alien baby is long gone and I can already see the baby becoming a child. 39x2 weeks of growing a heart full of unconditional love and joy, of practicing presence in all her feels, of finding my truth in parenthood, and of showing her the flowers of life every day. Celebrating 39x2 Zora in my life! đ

Follow the cycles of the Earth to navigate the year and return to a more natural pace. An overview of the start and turning of the seasons, the phases of the moon and the times of sunrise and sunset each moonphase.
How to read:
đ¤ Inner circle: the year divided in eight quarters: the dates of the the summer solstice, winter solstice, spring equinox, autumn equinox and the four âcross quarter daysâ in between. (The spiral in the middle functioning as a symbolic element to visualise beginning and end, or end and beginning of the yearly cycle).Â
đ¤ Outer circle: overview of the twelve months with the dates of the four moon phases, and on these dates the times of the sunrise and sunset.Â
đ¤ Place winter at the top, and turn your calendar one quarter clockwise as you move through the year at the start of each new season: March, June, September, and December.

Een eerste zomer voorbij. Oneindige boswandelingen, buitendouches, heilzame vondsten en alle dieren voor het eerst. Linky uitgezwaaid naar de hemel. Elke dag even dansen ookal kan het lijf niet meer. Heel veel dicht tegen elkaar aan. Onbeperkt veel vrolijkheid, moedermelk en nieuwsgierigheid en niet normaal veel liefde.
In my 1:1 sessions I offer a space for deep rest, release, and reconnection through breath and bodywork.
Lying on a soft mattress, youâll be guided through gentle breath techniques to ground and relax, alongside âconscious connected breathingâ â a circular breath pattern that helps you drop into presence and release held tension.
When we change our breath, we can change our state. Itâs one of the most accessible and transformational tools we have.
In addition to both gentle and active breathwork, these sessions include pressure points on the body, soft touch, and rocking movements using my sarongs â all supporting your body in fully letting go and deeply relax.
Whether youâre feeling tired, overstimulated, or simply in need of a reset, these sessions soothe the nervous system, restore your energy, and bring back spaciousness within the fullness of life.

As we have crossed the day of the summer solstice on June the 21st - the longest day of the year, Flora will guide you into a cooling and grounding meditation with gentle breathwork exercises and slow movement. As we are in the midst of the yearly cycle, we take a moment to reflect on what life has brought so far, to become present with what is, and how to gently set an intention for the shorter days to come.
