Two weeks ago in Barcelona, our run came to an end. Tough way to go out, but what a ride the Champions League’s been.
A privilege to document it all following the Mags around Europe. Class as always meeting so many of you and hearing your kind words in person. Proper grateful for the support over the years that’s led to opportunities like this.
It’s been a difficult couple of weeks, but we stick together. Big push for Europe now, starting with Palace next weekend.
Still never seen a Mackem in Barcelona, Brussels, Marseille, Leverkusen, Paris or Baku, by the way. If it’s any consolation.

Black & white army on black & white film - shots from Derby day back in December. Wasn’t sure these would ever see the light of day, but with Sunday coming up, travelling NUFC fans from that day still deserve their flowers - whatever the result.
Not shooting in colour was a creative decision - mostly because I’m not overly sentimental about the opposition’s red and white…

1 year as winners. We’ll never shake that feeling of ending the 70-year drought last year.
What a time to be a Newcastle United supporter. From Covent Garden to Wembley to Newcastle two weeks later.
That same week I handed in my notice at my office job to take photos full-time. Not a Wembley hangover decision - something I’d been thinking about for a while. It makes that period even more special to look back on personally.
A year on, we look forward. Bigger and better.
