I spent nearly 20 years as an architect before starting FLOC. The precision, the proportion, the obsession with every detail, I couldn’t switch that off. So I didn’t. I just apply it in cookies and cakes now.
At FLOC, I design and hand-craft premium cookies for the moments that matter. Corporate gifting, branded orders, birthdays, wedding favours, Halloween, Christmas, autumn…if there’s an occasion, there’s a cookie for it. Each one starts with a brief. The shape, the colour, the finish, nothing is accidental.
I’m based in Manchester and deliver across the UK, and honestly? I just love making something that makes people smile when they open the box.

Every corporate cookie I make starts with your actual logo projected directly onto the surface using a @kodak projector. Then I trace it entirely by hand ✍🏻 It’s painstaking, it’s slow, and I wouldn’t have it any other way, because when a cookie is carrying your brand, it has to be right 👌🏻
