I’ve been in the lab experimenting to create the first “official” Flipside Collections. The last 10 years have been a testing phase and I’m ready to refine my process. These collections will be available in person and online. More info coming later in the year. Appreciate the support from all of you over the years and InLiquid for this opportunity.
10 YEARS OF FLIPSIDE ❤️
This project started with a single drawing in my parent’s basement when I was 17. That drawing became a screen print shortly after. I used to walk through the halls of high school with printed shirts in a plastic bag. I would do pop ups in the hall and sell them in between classes.
Flipside/Bside has always been DIY and ran solo by me but has only been made possible through community and support from my friends. Anyone who has interacted with or shown love for this project in any way over the years, I appreciate you.
I moved from Connecticut to Baltimore to New York and now to Philadelphia and through all of those moves the community and people I’ve met are the glue for this whole thing.
Flipside has always been about love, community and exploration. Moving forward I want to host more events and share the experience with great artists and designers I’ve met along the way. The past 10 years have been an adventure but I feel like I’m just getting started.
Great things are coming love you all
