Spring's Wine Club case is an exploration of one very special grape variety with three bottles that have been in the works for years. Exceptionally limited with just a couple of barrels made in total, we've only got a handful of new memberships available to get the set. Then they're gone for good.

We hopped over the border, only just, to visit @flintvineyard in rural South Norfolk.
Giving the team the chance to see the vineyards and winery in full swing was a real treat. One of the driest and sunniest corners of the country, the site produces wonderfully expressive wines all made on site.
Keep an eye out for them on our summer wine list. Perfect, we think, for a sunny afternoon up on the roof terrace overlooking Aldeburgh beach 💙

This Charmat is unapologetically pink and impossible to ignore - packed with the flavours and fun-factor to match.
Think vibrant, tangy red fruits fizzing from the glass: juicy strawberry, zesty redcurrant, and a hit of fresh cherry. The bubbles are lively and energetic, dancing on your tongue, while mouth-watering acidity keeps it crisp and refreshing.

Thankfully, there was a bit of rain at the weekend to water in the new 40,000 vines planted last week. The grapes from these plants will go into our Charmats. They’re a PIWI hybrid variety, ideally suited to the UK climate and disease-resistant, allowing us to grow in the most considered way possible.
