The #FlintcoMemphis Crawfish Boil delivered — 100 pounds of crawfish, 40 pounds of crab legs, 60 pounds of shrimp, boudin, corn, and potatoes. To our clients, trade partners, architects, and engineers — thank you for everything you bring to the table. We'll see you next year!

Four years of hard work, sacrifice, and commitment — and it all paid off. This is what #AllinAlways looks like.
Congratulations to Oliver Rodriguez and Austin Davis on graduating from the CITC Carpenters Apprenticeship — both earning Final Letter Grades of A! #FlintcoDenver celebrates the incredible effort and consistency they brought to every semester.
Oliver did it while balancing the responsibilities of being a dedicated father and family man — a true testament to his character both on and off the jobsite.
Austin earned special recognition at graduation for perfect attendance across five or more consecutive semesters, even while on a travel assignment.
Oliver, Austin — well earned, and the best is still ahead!
The OG&E Coliseum project team was recently named the 2026 Partnering Champion by the International Partnering Institute (IPI) — the organization’s highest honor.
This prestigious award recognizes leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to collaborative partnering, and we couldn't be prouder of the #FlintcoOklahomaCity team that made it happen.
True partnering is more than delivering a great project. It's about elevating everyone around you and building a culture of trust, communication, and shared success. This team did exactly that.
Congratulations to everyone who was a part of this project. #IAmFlintco #AllinAlways
No connections. No layovers. Just you and your destination.
For the first time ever, nonstop international commercial travel from Tulsa International Airport to Cancun, Mexico, is a reality, and #FlintcoTulsa is proud to have built the facility that made it possible. The new 45,000 SF Federal Inspection Services facility is designed for a seamless passenger experience.
We've been part of this community for 118 years, and we are excited about what’s ahead. #AllInAlways
This one's for the kids. #FlintcoArkansas broke ground on a $21 million expansion for @gentrypublicschools — a 46,000 SF Pioneer Arena and a 7,500 SF Middle School addition with six new classrooms and a FEMA-rated storm shelter. These are spaces where students connect, learn, and succeed — and we're honored to build them. #BuildingArkansas75 #AllInAlways
Rosenberg is growing — and the infrastructure is keeping up.
#FlintcoHouston broke ground on the @rosenbergtxgov Public Services Complex, a $25 million voter-approved facility that will bring together the public works, utilities, parks, fleet maintenance, engineering, and capital projects departments on Airport Road. This is the kind of investment that keeps a city moving, and we're honored to be part of it. #AllinAlways
Safety Week 2026. One week, one message. Everybody goes home safe.
Flintco teams nationwide gathered every day for toolbox talks, live demos, stand-downs, and real conversations about staying safe. Buried-alive demonstrations, fall-protection stand-downs, fire-protection training, Stop the Bleed certification, mental health conversations — our crews and their trade partners, vendors, and first responders showed up for all of it.
This kind of culture is intentional. Every project. Every region. All In.
Thank you to every team member, trade partner, vendor, and first responder who made this week exceptional. Safety isn't a week on the calendar — it's how we work every day. #AllInAlways #ConstructionSafetyWeek2026
At a Flintco Memphis project, Flintco and Dennis Electric (DEI) safely energized a new OIT panel in the Fire Command Room before removing the existing system.
Carlton Randolph (DEI) Recognized the Hazards of performing energized work, Reached Out, and Raised his Voice to the HSE team to ensure those hazards were addressed before starting. What followed was three months of planning, multiple site visits, detailed work reviews, and additional safety measures to ensure the work could be completed safely. The arc flash boundary was established, and the energized work permit and work planning were completed using SmartTagIt.
Because of that preparation and commitment to Doing the Job Right, the work was completed with zero impact to operations and zero incidents. #Flintco4LIFE
Flintco partnered with @del_valle_isd 's Career and Technical Education program to turn our latest #ConstructionSafetyWeek music video "Off The Wall: Egg-Men Fall" into a storytelling-based lesson about safety for high school students considering a career in construction.
Shout out to @512studioslive and the Creative Careers Department at the @austinfilm for helping bring the song and story to life.
Start a conversation about safety today!
Fayette County has been without a hospital for more than a decade—but that is changing now. #FlintcoMemphis is proud to break ground on Baptist Memorial Hospital–Fayette County, bringing emergency care and inpatient/outpatient services closer to home.
We applaud Baptist Memorial Health Care for its investment in rural healthcare and its commitment to expanding access where it is needed most. For residents who have traveled 30 to 45 minutes to access care, this facility represents a meaningful step forward—improving response times, increasing convenience, and providing greater peace of mind.
Sometimes it takes an unexpected approach to start a conversation about safety.
Since 2021, Flintco has produced original music videos for #ConstructionSafetyWeek. This year, our latest — “Off The Wall: Egg-Men Fall” — became something more. In partnership with @del_valle_isd 's Career and Technical Education program, we turned it into a classroom lesson that uses metaphor and storytelling to reach high school students heading into the workforce. It's a conversation starter about safety. And about careers in construction.
The full video drops May 6 on Flintco's YouTube channel.
If you're a CTE teacher or administrator interested in bringing this lesson into your classroom, reach out to Tim Garbutt at Flintco, and he’ll send you the PowerPoint.

Congratulations to Flintco Central Region President Dave Kollmann on being honored at the Journal Record Most Admired CEO’s event, which recognizes executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership, financial stewardship, and a commitment to Oklahoma's economic growth. His whole family showed up to celebrate — including his 95-year-old mother. Seeing her son recognized among the state's top leaders? There's no better measure of a life well led. The whole Flintco family is proud of you, Dave. #AllinAlways
