What a way to start a the weekend. Tunes popped off (most likely because big Dan was back in the building), the sun shined (for a good 10 minutes… all hail Manchester) and no matter what, we brung the energy.
A few missing faces today. It’s not bank holiday yet… how many people were out last night? Surprisingly not Diego, he participated today! Let’s go!

Having gone to the gym for years Saif is well accustomed to training and pushing himself however he always fell down when it came to the diet side of things. This is where @duckduckkale comes in. With tailored structured meal plans designed by myself and delivered by DDK we know this is will be a recipe for success and getting Saif into shape in a way he never has been before.

Another brutal strongman session in the books!
The energy, the effort, and the mentality everyone brought tonight was next level.
Every lift, every carry, and every rep pushed showed exactly what this team is about — turning up, putting the work in, and refusing to back down when it gets tough.
Strongman training isn’t just about strength. It’s about grit. Fighting through heavy sets, tired bodies, burning lungs, and still finding another gear when it matters most.
From the yoke carries to the stones, the deadlifts to the medleys — everyone emptied the tank and backed each other all the way through.
That atmosphere, that support, and that accountability is what keeps progress moving forward week after week.
No shortcuts. No easy sessions. Just hard work and consistency paying off.
More weight moved. More limits tested. More goals getting closer.
Now it’s time to recover, refuel, and come back ready to go again next session.
Same mindset. Same hunger. We keep building.

Strongman Saturday rolls around again, a few PT’s missing but the energy still unmatched.
The usual faces turned up as expected, set the tone early and got on with it, while a few newer ones stepped in and handled themselves well without any fuss.
The sun was out, which helped. @dabira wasn’t hungover for once, which helped more.
Nothing overcomplicated, no egos, just a solid session with everyone putting the work in, as usual.
