~ as a dancer i usually start my handstands in a tendu (foot pointed out in front) and pass through my high lunge instead of starting in it, either way works :)
~ as your hands reach down, your back leg kicks up and you jump off of your bottom leg
~ everyone has a favorite foot. if it feels weird to start with your right foot in front, start with your left or vice versa
~ if it ever feels like it’s too much it’s ok, don’t stress!
go where you feel comfortable and work your way up from there
~ ENGAGE YOUR CORE!!! pleaseeee :))
