No one since Arnold Era of competing has anyone had the superstardom that this man has and getting, and through all the 10s millions of social media fans, he’s just as humble as the first time I met him.

His ability to balance life, competing, business and social media is truly incredible and honestly refreshing not many in his shoes could handle the pressure, or stay humble. It’s a true art to know one self and also a testament to him and his circle of people around him.

Hooper, 27, finished eighth at last year’s World’s Strongest Man in his rookie debut. Earlier this year he took the Victory in the prestigious @arnoldsports before taking home his first @theworldsstrongestman title winning 8 out of 11 events and becoming one of a handful of Strongman to knock out back to back wins of the Arnold & WSM in the same year.

Resumo de sua história: James "Flex" Lewis encontrou sua vocação no fisiculturismo ainda jovem no País de Gales. Iniciou sua trajetória profissional em 2007 e, desde então, acumulou vitórias impressionantes. Em 2012, venceu seu primeiro Mr. Olympia 212 e permaneceu invicto até 2018, quando decidiu se aposentar da categoria como campeão absoluto.
Ao longo de sua carreira, também brilhou em eventos como o British Grand Prix e o Arnold Classic Europe, além de conquistar admiradores por sua simetria impecável, densidade muscular e carisma fora dos palcos. Mesmo após sua aposentadoria, Flex continua sendo uma inspiração e referência no esporte.

My home town Llanelli - Wales stood still, roads closed, 300 bikes rolling through, people lining every street, others traveling miles just to be there.
That kind of send off isn’t given, it’s earned!
Over 20 years of friendship, but not just a friend, family. Uncle Damo to my kids, a constant through every chapter of life, the highs and lows, the graft, the moments that mattered.
Always looking out for people, checking on my parents when I was away, no noise, no credit, just who you were. Solid, loyal, and one of the real ones, the kind who show up for without question.
Gone far too soon, but never forgotten.

WrestleMania 42
My first post in a month, felt like the right time to break the social media fast.
What an incredible weekend with my great friend @adamweitsman so hard to showcase two days of WrestleMania in a few slides, or truly put into words how incredible it was.
The @WWE team gave us full access, and behind the scenes tour, showing the live broadcast production, to everything that happens all the way up to the final moments, With EPIC ringside seats for both days of Mania, I got to see many of my friends doing their job up close and personal, a wild experience.
My phone was blowing up with so many of you hitting me up and tagging me, and as you can see by the last video I was in the moment of Wrestlemania 🙌🏻
Massive thank you to @wwe and all staff, for all the hospitality, but a bigger thank you to the main man Adam who set up all the surprises - Your the man 🤜🏻🤛🏻
One of the best weekends I have had in a very long time!

Spring break in Cabo was a success. Definitely unlocked some core memories 🥰
Good mix of relaxing, trying new things, and just being together. Stepping away for a few days with @flex_lewis and the kids was exactly what we needed.
