Day 67 of 90!!!
What I love most about this fitness journey is that I’m not fixated on reaching a specific weight. My main goal is to keep getting stronger, and honestly, I’ve become obsessed with that. It's so empowering.
Of course, being healthy is important, but losing weight doesn’t automatically mean you’re healthy.
In the next few months, I want to start aiming for that a muscle mommy title…so stay tuned!
