4Week Progress Update
Rough mechanical, plumbing, and electrical are just about wrapped. Drywall coming next week.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a custom panel wall, custom wall to wall headboard paired with floating nightstands. To the left, a statement archway sits above lower cabinetry with floating shelves, all wired with custom LED strip lighting that illuminates each shelf and the arch itself.
Moving through, you enter a fully custom walk-in closet framed by another beautiful archway.
Beyond that, a pocket door entry leads into the water closet on the right. The main space opens up to dual sink vanities, and as we pan over, the shower becomes the centerpiece with wall to wall lineal drain, featuring a heated shower pan and a full Kohler spa setup with thermostatic valves, volume controls, diverters, rain head, and a handheld wand.
Wrapping back around, the vanity area includes a dedicated makeup station, dual sinks, custom mirrors with LED backlighting, wallpaper feature wall, and heated tile floors throughout.
Details matter. Every inch is intentional.

This week was all about getting things started the right way. Proper demo prep, dust containment, full demo, and rough framing to begin shaping the new layout. A lot of the important work in a remodel happens in these early stages, and doing it right sets the tone for everything that follows.
Looking forward to sharing the progress as this space comes together.

Complete the process with a plastered hood, ensuring smooth and flawless transitions between all material finishes.
