As a Drone it’s small and fast, it can easily evade aerial radar as it flies below radar range. And before the Joe Team is alerted to its presence, it’s too late as it pulls off its mission. Flying the machine, though, is no easy feat. It may basically be a hang glider with rockets but it takes the steeliest of operators to keep up with the speed and from crashing onto a tree or a building wall.

Fred 154 aka Agent Provost but you can call him Chuckles
One look at Chuckles and you wouldn’t have given a thought he was an undercover agent. Most undercover specialists try not to stand out too much, their interaction with the enemy is often limited, most of their efforts are concentrated on the source for information, and they don’t wear loud Hawaiian shirts. With his burly figure, Chuckles already stands out from the crowd. He has a gregarious personality that makes him the life of the party, quick-witted and possesses a natural likeability. He is very conscientious of his work that he’ll volunteer for dangerous missions just to keep up his cover.
He has shifted from one undercover assignment to another for so many times, no one is sure who he works for anymore. He started as an investigator at the South-eastern Insurance Group in Fort Lauderdale. He still feels a debt of allegiance there. He eventually made his way to the US Army’s Criminal Investigations Division.

Cobra-La Royal Guard
The members of the Cobra-La’s Royal Guard are genetically augmented super-soldiers with one purpose and that is protect and serve Golobulus. And they will do so to the death if they have to but that’s not a problem. They are specifically bred for their very purpose and even one Royal Guard presents a formidable opponent. They wear a near impervious armor derived from their civilization’s giant insect guardians. Each Guard is superbly strong and can hold its own against even a seasoned martial artist. However, as they are completely subservient they rely on brute strength and the instructions of their beloved leader to direct them in battle.

Cobra Eel
Cobra’s Eels have some of the most rigorous training for underwater specialists. They are trained to operate in almost every aquatic environment, from shallow basins to lakes to shark-infested waters and even the frigid depths of the polar regions. In addition to the physical aspect of their training, they are expected to learn marine structural engineering and marine geology. Add ordnance training and underwater combat and you have some of the most effective underwater demolitions experts. When they’re not on assignment, Eels serve on marine outposts and also augment personnel on Cobra naval vessels.
