Last week I made 4 dishes with a carton of soy milk: a cold noodle dish, one remedy from indisputable TCM logic, and two jiggly, juicy desserts. I’ve been drinking soy milk my entire life, but it took me this long to understand its history in Asian dishes and remedies. Soy milk is, after all, one of the oldest plant based drinks in Asia. So thank you to the Nobo team for jolting this ancestral memory with the first commercial soy milk I have actually enjoyed (hands down!). The same ingredient across culinary traditions- recipes in slides. feat. @nobomilk

@flat_bahru , a space that’s evolved as its owners did … with time and thought.🌱 In the home of Lauren Cheung and Lloyd Rajoo, tangible tokens of memories live in the bookshelf that holds well-thumbed paperbacks, in walls adorned with art—including some done by Cheung herself under the moniker @dirtydoodies —and in half-burnt candles that recall gatherings by a candlelight.🕯️ “While there is some level of curation, a home feels more honest to me when it isn’t too tightly controlled, and when traces of everyday life are allowed to show,” Cheung said. With the rise of algorithm-driven taste and the slow convergence of interior identities, I started to think about how we can see our homes as a vessel for memory and continuity. Pieces that mark the passage of time by ageing. Intentional sourcing of stories through imperfection and process. And ultimately, how our homes are a way to hold time tangibly. Swipe left for thoughts.

Notes from our first time in Japan (shock!). I wish I could say I was underwhelmed. But joy was in every turn, in the red trees and in the konbinis, in the herons chasing fish in the river, and even in the rain. So yes- decades of restraint was for naught. Take my money. Here are my favourite moments and places. #tokyo #kyoto

For the fire horse in us: hydration, the gift of saved time, and unobtrusive but beautiful things. And trust me, this one’s worth it. 💧 @bbyeolsg

The psychology of unwinding at home is something I feel has not been intentionally explored very much. But what I’ve learnt, given my proclivity for anxiety, is that rest is often a spatial problem. And it is worth fixing. So in this short carousel I’ve put together some lessons I’ve learnt along the way and how we can better design our own spaces for healing and recovery. This is not entirely content for contents sake- if I have to sit under another bright white light I will make a speedy exit. I’ve said my piece, swipe through👉

“The small things in life that we tend to overlook start to take front stage this season.” - Lauren, Artist.    As the festive season unfolds, we spent time with Lauren in her creative space, talking about her fondest memories, the scents that speak to her, and what Home & Holiday looks like through her lens.  A longtime artist working under her moniker @dirtydoodies , she blends surreality with an uncanny energy that forms a visual language entirely her own.🎨   P.s Swipe to the end for a special guest appearance [👀]   #beyondthevines

A morning with Fullup in TB: Rituals require a certain comfort so you can fully sink into the moment. I have to admit I forget I have these on my feet scuttling around the neighbourhood. Clean white, fully sustainable, survives any amount of meandering. @fullupcircle #fullupcircle

Christmas came early in the form of a @lelabofragrances flight of fragrances- a dainty 5ml each in a personalised box that you never want to throw. Also- I realised everyone has a LeLabo favourite and mine was Santal until this morning when I took a whiff of the Matcha. So, curious - what’s your favourite LeLabo scent?
