We’re psyched to announce that we have joined the Flashpoint family!
After 10+ years at the heart of Bristol climbing, Bloc is joining forces with Flashpoint! From today, prices are aligned, and from Wednesday, memberships and punch cards will work across all sites.
There will be a few small updates to pricing and check-in processes as we bring everything in line across the group. But at its core, the gym remains the same.
To put it simply: the setting, the team, and the atmosphere you know and love aren’t going anywhere - they’re just becoming part of something a little bigger, with membership shared across more walls in Bristol and South Wales.
Here’s what you need to know (plus a link in bio to the full FAQs):
⚡From Wednesday, you can climb at all sites with your membership or punch card. That’s:

(Multi-gym access (including Bloc) is included with all memberships except “Swansea Only”.)
⚡Self check-in still works at your normal site(s). However, from Wednesday, please check in at reception when visiting Bloc as a Flashpoint member or Flashpoint as a Bloc member.
⚡To access all sites, you’ll need a Flashpoint Climbing Group registration. If you’re already a Flashpoint or Redpoint customer, you’re good to go.
⚡Pricing has been aligned as of today:
• Bloc monthly members will be emailed shortly
• Bloc annual members stay on their current rate until expiry
• All-Site Memberships work everywhere (and include free kit hire* and guest passes**)
• Punch cards work everywhere (and now include free kit hire*)
• Off-peak & student single entry removed - (memberships offer the best value)
