At home at the âDome! The Jr. Flames program hosted several sessions at the @scotiabank.saddledome , learning the basics of the game from members of the Flames alumni, hanging out with Harvey, and playing in scrimmages!
Earlier this week, Mikael Backlund delivered a Lily & Dexterâs Legacy Box to a family impacted by ALS đ A partnership with @parachutesforpets , the Backlund family created Lily & Dexterâs Legacy Program to help children in care keep their pets during lifeâs most vulnerable moments.
We had a blast at last weekâs Jr. Flames sessions, presented by @fireflysolarinc , at the @scotiabank.saddledome ! Jr. Flames helps players develop basic hockey skills that allow them to have fun and experience success in a full-time program!
The staff from @directenergyalberta and the @flamesfoundation joined us at our Volt Hockey Scrimmage Night to play with our incredible Volt athletes and to present a generous $15,000 donation to our Volt Hockey program. Harvey the Hound came out to play too!
Through the Power Play program, every time the Calgary Flames scored a power play goal this season, Direct Energy donated $500 to support @volthockeyalberta .
