Well, there goes the neighbourhood!

Some people think Edinburgh summer starts with the Beltane festival, but for me it’s the opening of the
@theneighbourgoodmarket . So, we headed along for opening day and made the most before the rain came in!
First place to hit was of course
@coldtownbeer for a pint of their delicious Baltic IPA, which is very quickly becoming one of my favourite session IPAs. But if you’re not drinking; they have a 0% range with lagers, IPA and elderflower cider!
Calum started off with
@flame.to.fork , market regulars these guys offer up perfectly grilled steak with a fresh chimmichurri. Ever the sweet tooth, he nipped to
@mimisbakehouse for a Jammie dodger slice.
I grabbed a pie from
@wandererskneaded , a magnificent peach and balsamic white based offering! It was so different and so delicious. After a couple more beers, we decided to indulge in some
@the.happy.dumplings.co , with some of their spinach, egg and mushroom dumplings, marvellous!
The NeighbourGood market is a super staple for a reason!
