NEW MENU ITEMS 🎀 bow-thai: a cross-laminated bow tie croissant filled with a thai tea creme diplomat and dipped in a condensed milk glaze 🦄 ube butter mochi: yes, the one i was selling at dj ray’s party on virginia key. it’s like a flaky chewy mochi brownie with a fragrant ube flavor 🫓 za’atar & cheese danish: @zandzdc za’atar and ackawi cheese on a crispy pastry dough 🌃 medianoche croissant: the cubano croissant (don’t worry it’s still there) but on a sweeter dough cuz i’m from miami and i know things they don’t know available tomorrow 10a-2p at @overundermiami 💖

It’s been one month of FSB! Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for showing us so much love over the month of March. Through springtime storms and music festivals and everything else, it’s amazing to have people showing up to our little ventanita. Word is every Sunday in April will be idyllic and sunny and temperate and we’ll have tables out and lots of pastries and really good coffee 👀 so we look forward to serving you all <333 see you Sunday 10a-2p

IMPORTANT Brian said that if i make more miso caramel bars, he will let us put out a couple TABLES AND CHAIRS this Sunday!!! Well technically he said if i make more “fun sweet pastries”. But this is the most fun sweet pastry of them all. Oat cookie base with a gooey caramel custard. Lowkey gluten free too. It’s also been the first to sell out every weekend, so I will be doubling the amount I make this time. The goal this weekend is to not sell out. Of anything.
