A Báhn mì inspired 1/4 pound all beef dog. Topped with house made do chua, fresh jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro. Finished with Sriracha mayonnaise. We paired this the delicious ‘Box Tots’ drizzled with peanut hosin sauce and sweet chili. $6.60 in honor of the Route 66 centennial.
