i did pottery for the very first timmee!!
and i only went bc it was a gift to my mom lmao but i had so much fun!! i knew i would and that is the reason why i never tried it out before.. because doing pottery at a studio is so expensive. i already have 100 ideas lined up in my brain but i know i can’t continue to go. i already have too many hobbies and absolutely no money rn.
but i’ll definitely have to go a second time for glazing so i’ll bring you along too!

i went to itoya during my trip in japan! everytime i‘m in there i loose track of time because what do you mean there are 12 stories filled with stationary?? 😭😭
it‘s located in ginza which is literally the richest part of tokyo, most of the shops you find around there are designer brands so i always only go for itoya haha.

my design had definitely too many details it was so frustrating!! i used vinyl for the stencil and it doesn’t stick tooo well to the nylon sock especially if it’s really small parts. the bigger parts were just fine though!
i also used fabric paint from marabu for no particular reason so if you have any fabric paint recommendations let me know! with this paint the fabric needs to be mostly natural so no synthetic materials! also iron it after to set the paint!!
i think i want to sew a little pouch from that piece of fabric but i’ll let you know! <33
