ingredients:
— 1/4 cup almond butter
— 1/4 cup maple syrup
— 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
— 2/3 cup oat flour
— 2 tbsp matcha powder (I’m using @fkro.co )
— pinch of salt
how to make:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Mix almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Then slowly add the flour, sifted matcha powder and salt till a dough forms
3. Roll out the dough into tiny balls or you can use a rolling pin and cookie cutter but I didn’t have any of that
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes

Mango Syrup Recipe
1 cup ripe mango (about 2 mangos)
1 cup water
1 cup cane sugar
