Looking back, running has been part of my life since the early days with my grandpa. It’s the ultimate multitool: keeps you healthy, fit, and ready to dabble in other sports. Plus, it’s a travel hack—nothing beats a sunrise running tour of a new city before the world wakes up! 🌍☀️
Despite its endless benefits, my training consistency has been, uh, “unique.” I’ve managed maybe 3 months of decent effort at a time. Started with my grandpa, made it to the national federation, and had four phases with four different coaches. Each came with its own flavor of suffering—long, middle, and short distance. 🏃♂️💨
But let’s be real, the best part? The friendships forged on the track and memories stamped all over the globe. From Guatemala to Taiwan, Costa Rica to Iceland, Italy to France, Switzerland to Germany. Running isn’t just a sport; it’s a passport. ✈️🌍🇬🇹🇹🇼🇨🇷🇮🇸🇮🇹🇫🇷🇨🇭🇩🇪

one second you’re filming by the f1 track in singapore, next second you’re surrounded by olympic medalists casually warming up like superheroes. if you know triathlon, you’ll recognize a lot of faces here. and if not, just know these people are absolute machines.
and somewhere between the chaos, batteries, sweat, sd cards and running around marina bay, we get to create alongside some of the best photographers (James, Wout) and videographers (Mitch, Glen) in the sport.
