RIGHT NOW I am at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago and it has been AMAZING.
Think of it like a never-ending farmers market with infinite samples of the tastiest food out there.
While I was on my plane, the person next to me saw my dumb phone and asked about it, so that started the conversation of why both of us were headed to Chicago from Nashville and both were going to the NRA! He works at Panera, and we also found out that he used to live in southern IL where I used to live!
Going up that escalator at the NRA was truly an incredible experience, seeing the near-infinite amount of vendors here for the first time. I have met a ton of people so far, lots of beverage companies and lots of other companies in the industry!
There is actually one other sparkling tea company here called @hrbvor . I got the privilege to talk to the owner, Zahira, who was really nice! We talked about the uniqueness of our products, she gave me a bunch of suggestions for this business, and we talked about how gosh dang hard the beverage industry is!

But seriously y'all, yesterday was such a fun time! I got to meet many business owners and present my product to so many people, and the response on fizzy leaf was ecstatic! I can't say much right now but, the competition may have opened up a few doors for Fizzy Leaf...
Here is another really cool thing, one of the judges actually bought a couple hundred Fizzy Leaf! So I have my work cut out for me😅.

This store is huge! They have so much health foods and supplements. The owner, Misty loved the product so much she just bought a case of Fizzy Leaf on the spot! Love this.

Just finished talking with Rob the owner, and he is such a nice and chill guy. I want to thank him for giving Fizzy Leaf a chance! He also gave me the opportunity to be in the local Farmers Market, which is a HUGE blessing. I'll give more details soon on that soon though.

Just got an email from MTSU, saying that I advanced to the Trade Show and Elevator pitch round for the business competition!!
This is such an amazing opportunity to learn from other business owners around the area and show off my product! I'm going for 1st place🥇.
Last year I competed in the business competition for my last business, Neighborly Lawn Care. This business model was essentially a new way to go about mowing customers lawns by hiring young people to mow lawns within their neighborhood. I enjoyed participating so much and got 3rd place!
