Leadership Day 3: This was the last official day of the event, we got more sneak peaks for Luxe Layers and March Birthday (you guys are gonna FREAK), we got new inspiration and motivation from the keynote speaker @sarahrobbins1 who we’ve been doing a team book club with, and then we finished it off attending the Fizz Royale closing party and forgot the rest of the night 🤪 #innovate2026
Day Two: Leadership Day 1 🥂 was full of sneak peaks for Charmelier and Luxe Layers 👀 Lot’s of exciting new updates and things coming to BP in 2026! We left the afternoon classes full of new ideas, inspiration, and motivation for our business and team. It felt so nice sitting in a room full of peers trying to workshop and help each other. Afterwards we treated the team to a sushi dinner and followed it up with The Empire Strips Back which was 1000/10 ⭐️ #innovate2026
Day One: Travel Day ✈️ We might have overpacked. The flight from LA to Vegas was basically 10 minutes so that was lovely. We caught up on our reading with The Multiply Method written by our guest speaker at Innovate this weekend. After spending all week painting our team Ruby rank bags with all the extra goodies, it felt so nice getting to hand them out to those that didn’t have them from previous years. We love spoiling our team 💗 we’re looking forward to all the new things this weekend! #innovate2026
Fizztopia Day 2 pt. 2 ….this awards ceremony is one for the books.
When we started this journey, we truly didn’t know what would come of it. Let alone making a lifestyle out of it. At our first convention together in 2023, we set a “dream goal” that we didn’t know if it would ever be possible. Could we BOTH ever be on stage together? Wishful thinking. We manifested and worked hard for our businesses and with our team.
Fast forward to 2025, just over 3 years as BP reps, and we finally did it. And we got to go up together, for the same thing. #2 and #9 spot. Top Volume for directs, so our personally sponsored reps on our team. This is not just for us, it’s for them, and it makes it honestly that much more special to us. Sure we started together, but we fell in love with helping others achieve their goals as well. We can’t take all the credit, our girls KICK ASS and work SO HARD and we couldn’t be more proud to represent their hard work. Our dream came true and it got to be bigger than just us.
Not to mention…. A total SIX people from Team Fizz and Fizz got awards this year. That’s insane!!!
We’re so excited to see what ourselves and our team can accomplish in the next BP calendar year, it’s going to be epic. 🩷
Be brave enough to be bad at something new. ✨ Some of our favorite June pearls from past birthday collections, with an Original Lux Layer heart, and a chunky resort chain. One of my personal favorites is the Smokey topaz necklace in the top right from the Princess collection. 👑 Oh can’t forget Charming Hoops! Don’t be afraid to use the charms on pieces other than the hoops!
