Fixated has acquired Studio71 from ProSiebenSat.1 Media, folding the creator media company’s talent network, production, distribution and monetization operations into its platform as it builds a “one-stop shop” for creator-led media businesses. The combined company spans more than 1,000 creators with billions of monthly views across YouTube, TikTok, Snap and Twitch, and integrates Studio71’s podcast network and brand relationships with Fixated’s direct-to-fan and monetization stack. Fixated, founded in 2023 by CEO Zach Katz and President Jason Wilhelm, also secured a $50 million strategic investment from Eldridge Industries in December 2025 as it expands via acquisitions including Camp Talent, Moondust Management, Ellify and Elevate. Studio71 will operate within the Fixated platform under co-CEOs Adam Boorstin and Matt Crowley during a 90-day integration period.

Today, Fixated acquired Studio 71.
But the real story isn’t the acquisition. It’s this:
In 2019, my co-founder and brother in arms @general applied for a coordinator job at Studio 71 and got rejected…no college degree. He was broke, living in Sacramento, thousands of miles from home in Virginia. He literally had 30 days marked on his calendar before he’d be working at In-N-Out.
Instead of folding, he went into full beast mode. Signed a roster of creators. Built something real. Four months later, Studio 71 came back…not to offer him the coordinator job, but to ask him to run their entire gaming division because he’d become a direct threat to their business.
Seven years later, he walks back into that building as the owner.
This is for every dreamer who got told no. Who got overlooked. Who had an In-N-Out backup plan. Keep building. Keep betting on yourself. Because everything…and I mean everything…is possible.
