🏃🏃♂️This weekend, Brad and Sam will be running with the Five Points team in the Hackney Half to fundraise for @hackneyfoodbank . Keep an eye out for them!
We are incredibly proud of our team taking part, and we'll be cheering on every runner from the brewery on Mare Street and from the Pembury Tavern on Amhurst Road!
Remember that if you're taking part, we'll be giving a free beer out to each Hackney Half runner at the @fivepointscourtyard and for the first 200 runners at @pemburytavern . Just show us your medal! 🏅

Yesterday marked the start of a delicious Tap Takeover and Food Pairing with Five Points X Duke of St Albans, in Highgate, London. 🌻
Starring five different classic Five Points cask ales, the Duke's chef created a one-off menu with creative ways of incorporating each ale into a signature dish. The Railway Porter soda bread with blue cheese and piccalilli was a special favourite!
The Duke of St Albans is a beautiful, neighbourly venue with a timeless Camden zephyr. The hardy, copper-covered bar tables pairs with softly worn wooden benches and bar-top, and in between them, you'll find a perfect pub. It is a place of impeccable high quality in coffee, food, and most meticulously, cask beer. The team are dedicated to honing their craft and it pays off in every sip!
Be sure to stop by, as the cask and pairing menu is only on until it's gone!
🥳 Last week Five Points hosted Lagerfest with our friends at 640 East! With a variety of breweries taking part, as well as 640 East and Cazcabel's exclusive Lagerita on offer! We paired the delicious @superbon.brussels crisps with each lager, bringing extra flavour to every pint.

Last week, we bid a fond farewell to our Max, our Head Brewer who is moving back to Switzerland with his partner, Kim.
Max first joined Five Points in 2019, coming from Brew By Numbers, and has been the Head Brewer with us since September 2021. In that time, he's brought so much creativity and expertise to the brewery, as well as a love and appreciation of pubs and cask ale (particularly Theakston Old Peculier).
In the words of the farewell beer that you brewed, "tchô bonne" Max! It's been great having you as a part of the team, and we wish you all the best for the future.
