We have a new brewer in our retail line up. The @miir Pourigami. This thing is built to travel and is a great option for bikepacking, backpacking or just slipping into your pocket to make a coffee at the park. If you're into coffee outside and want an alternative to an Aeropress, or just something that packs away smaller, this is it.
New feature coffee on the bar from Rocanini Coffee on the west coast. Yemen Mocha Haraaz. Yemen, if you don't know, is one of the oldest coffee producing countries and argued as the first to formally cultivate the shrub, undisputedly the first to document it's cultivation. This particular coffee showcases that history really well. Made up of uncommon local specific varietals, the Dawairi, Jaadi, Tuffahl and some heirloom. This coffee comes out lighter bodied and sweet, very much like a nice red tea. This coffee won't knock your socks off with the exotic wow factor flavours like some of our previous coffees, but instead showcases the cultural origins of coffee itself as a global product.
We snuck a new item into our display this weekend, and it will be around to stay. We now have savory danish in two flavours. Roasted Garlic, onion and Egg (entirely dairy free) and a Bacon and Swiss. Both are great light feeling quick breakfast items for when you slept past your alarm and should have been at work 20 minutes ago.
It's ok to get yourself a coffee and slow down, that's what we're for. Come celebrate with family, lament to a friend, study with classmates, meet someone new, or just sit and watch life go by for a bit. Whatever you're up to, we're here with the space for you to do that.
