Last week Five Acres Director of Training Kate McGenva, hosted a special Wear Your Heart Mother’s Reflection painting activity onsite at Families Forward @familiesforwardlc . The activity was designed to give moms something they so rarely receive: time and space for themselves. 🩷 Through art, participants were invited to reflect on their personal strengths, sources of support, and symbols of rest, care, and healing. The morning created a meaningful opportunity for self-compassion, connection, and celebration honoring the incredible ways mothers care for others every day. We’re grateful to the moms who joined us and shared in such a thoughtful and restorative experience. 🎨🥰🫶
