“It was all my sisters! We started the sourdough journey together and love the friendly competition. Along the way, we’ve learned to bake by feel instead of focusing on the clock. I used to obsess over exact timing, but I have learned to monitor the dough temperature and watch for the perfect bulk fermentation.”
