Life is much simpler, when you fully commit. Not one foot in, one foot out. Both feet plunged into the deep end. The more you lock in, the quicker it’ll be over. And like Amir, after a month and a half, you’ll be starting a bulk. More food, more flexibility & more muscle mass. This is the holy grail of 6 weeks on a fat loss plan. Aidan Maguire. Electrician. Early starts. Long days. The type of schedule most people use as an excuse. Started our November challenge at 84kg Finished it at 79.2kg After joining our 1:1 with @cianthecoach , he’s sitting at 72.2kg. Nearly 12kg gone. No extremes. But no perfect conditions either. He had a weekend off-plan meal. But locked in during the week. That’s the difference. Most people wait for the “right time”. He just decided and followed through. Now he’s about to finish his fat loss phase and move into a lean gain… Maintenance and then a lovely little surplus. A few months ago he just wanted to lose weight. Now the fun begins. The @fitzness_challenge is a scam. I’m not joking. When you DM me to enquire I’ll tell you “It’s 6 weeks of 1:1 coaching to transform your body in half the time for half the price” But for 95% of you. It won’t be 6 weeks. It’ll be much more than that. When you see how quickly your body changes on our challenge, you’ll be hooked. And what started out as a low-level 6 week commitment. Turns into a 6 month journey, like this man here. The good news is that it will be the most transformative 6 months of your life. Where you barely recognise the person you see in the mirror. [5KG down in just 2 weeks for Amir 🔥] “Slow & steady wins the race.” Until it doesn’t. Maybe the reason you lose motivation so quickly is simple: You’re putting in the effort… but seeing f*ck all progress. No quick wins. No visible change. Just weeks of work and the mirror barely moves. That’s basic human psychology. Why would you stay motivated doing something that doesn’t feel like it’s working? Yes, delayed gratification matters. But delayed gratification only works if you trust the payoff is coming. And that’s where fat loss is interesting. There’s actually solid research suggesting that more aggressive dieting can produce better long-term results for many people. Take Amir. Two weeks into the February challenge he’s already down 5kg. And guess what? His motivation is climbing every week. Because he can see the results of the work he’s putting in. Every tracked meal. Every gym session. Every day moving him closer to the physique he wants. Progress fuels motivation. If you’ve been told slow fat loss is always better… That isn’t necessarily true. Context matters. But if you’ve been stuck in a tiny deficit for weeks and look exactly the same… Maybe it’s time to try a different approach. Our next 6 week challenge starts April 6th.
