If you’re working on building up to full push-ups, this middle level can help get you there!
Lowering from a full plank position will help build the strength in your chest, triceps and core, even if you can’t push up from that position yet. Try with a higher target first (like this yoga block on its side), then get lower!

I try to remind my clients that we can’t always stress out about building the perfect meal, but we can think about BETTER options. A quick ready-made meal from the grocery store is definitely better than fast food from the drive-thru.
On this day in 2015, Tango and I were the only ones in a campground somewhere in Oklahoma at the start of our three month road trip. We danced in the sunset and I remember getting 12 hours of sleep that night. I miss him so much.

If you use your scale a lot, you may want to make sure it’s calibrated.if it’s just barely off by .1 or 2, it could be the weight that’s incorrect. If it’s off more than that, it’s likely the scale.
