We’re in the news!
This week, our founder, Faith Chima, sat down with @ntdnews to share why women’s safety is at the core of everything we create. Our why is simple. We believe that women should be able to run freely and live boldly without fear. That belief lies at the core of our foundation-shaped by real stories, lived experiences, and the quiet strength women carry into every mile, every walk, and every moment outdoors.
As we continue this conversation with the world, we want to hear from you.
Your voice isn’t just welcome. It’s powerful. It guides us. It changes things.
We have an ongoing Safety Survey designed to help us better understand your experiences and the safety challenges women face every day. Your honesty gives direction to the work we do and helps us create solutions that actually matter.
Coming right after Giving Tuesday, this is a moment to give something that costs nothing but means everything: the gift of your voice.
Head to our website → tap Resources → take the Safety Survey.
Your story shapes what we build… and the future of women’s safety everywhere.
Let’s change the narrative together.
Your voice matters.
Always.🤍
And a heartfelt thank you to the reporter, Sean Marshall, for covering this story and helping amplify a message that matters to all women.

Run Freely. Live Boldly.
She said it helped her win. Twice. 🏁
Mel wore our High Impact Crop Bra in two recent races, placing second in her division both times. Proof that this woman-designed bra was made for women who go the distance. Because when support meets strength, there’s no limit to how far you can go.
This is what it’s all about. Women running freely, living boldly, and redefining what strength looks like. ✨

Sadly, female runner safety remains an issue. We are saddened by the death of Laken Riley Hope, a young nursing student who went for a run and didn’t make it back.
The loss of Laken Riley Hope serves as a powerful reminder that we cannot afford to remain silent or passive. By acknowledging the gravity of the issue and actively seeking solutions, we can collectively work towards creating a world where women feel safe and empowered to run freely.
However, it is crucial to recognize that individual actions alone are not enough. Society as a whole needs to undergo a significant shift in its attitudes and behaviors. This includes:
* Combating harmful stereotypes and biases that contribute to the vulnerability of female runners.
* Promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity that empowers women to feel safe and valued in public spaces.

Take care of yourself, queen 💅🏽
Buy the leggings. Drink the grass. Heal in style 😭✨
Live Boldly.

A simple habit that can make a big difference.
Before I run, I always try to identify:
• businesses that are open
• busy areas
• homes with lights on
• places I could quickly get to if I felt unsafe
Not to live in fear.
Just to stay prepared.
We deserve to enjoy movement outdoors with more confidence and peace of mind 🤍

Nobody handed our moms a manual.
But somehow they all knew.
Keys between your fingers. Headphones out. Park under the light. Walk with purpose. Trust that feeling in your stomach.
It wasn’t worry. It was wisdom passed down quietly, woman to woman, generation to generation.
This Mother’s Day, we see it for what it always was.
Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who loved us enough to teach us how to protect ourselves. 🤍
Run freely. Live boldly.

She showed up, stood out, and crossed every mile in Fittsafe 🦋🏃♀️✨
What’s one thing you NEVER forget on race day? 👀

There were early mornings, long days, deep breaths, and runs that helped her reset. 🤍🏃♀️
A beautiful reminder that even while preparing for forever, she never stopped showing up for herself.
From Fittsafe to forever. 💍✨

Running is supposed to feel like freedom.
But for many women, it comes with awareness, adjustments, and constant calculation.
This Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we’re not just raising awareness, we’re acknowledging the reality women live with every day.
Because safety shouldn’t be something you have to think about to move freely.

You don’t think twice. You just go.🤍
Every step feels lighter when nothing’s holding you back, not your outfit, not your mind. Just focus, freedom, and that quiet confidence that says you’re in control.
This is what it feels like to move without limits.
