Roughly one year ago, in a pool locker room, a bunch of near-strangers decided to bite the bullet and register as a relay team for @im703subicbay 2024. Clueless about each one’s capabilities, we still pushed through, all for the sake of fun and an @ironmanph backpack! In the following months, our near-stranger status eventually blossomed into a solid friendship and support group. There was never pressure to achieve a podium finish. Our goal was to do our best for the team and for each other. In the end, we took home more than what we hoped for… a backpack and a towel that we worked hard for, a friendship that survived the highs and the lows, and a 3rd Place All-Women Relay trophy! Wohoo! A great weekend spent moving and learning with Trimac Coaching, powered by Saucony 👟 We had the chance to try out Saucony shoes during the clinic, and I got to run in the Saucony Triumph 22— incredibly comfortable with just the right cushioning, making every step feel lighter and more supported. Truly grateful for Fittitos & Fittitas, and most especially to Trimac Coaching ( @trimac_coaching ) for the complimentary run coaching. So many valuable takeaways on form, pacing, and overall technique.
