What have we been up to? 🧐
We have been very busy over the last two months at events all over Europe! 🌍
From Snow races in Nevada to the streets of Newport, we have been getting stuck in with every distance! 🏁
1. Marcus ran a new 5km of 14.57 on the roads in Bristol! 🚀
2. Andy ran the Newport marathon in 3 hrs 12 mins on the hunt for the Boston qualifying time 😮💨
3. Josefin ran 60km in Madeira climbing over 3000m! 🧗
4. Reka ran in the freezing temperatures of Sierra Nevada to summit at 2700m! 🏔️

1. Build back up SLOWLY. A marathon is extremely demanding - give your body time to adapt and recover before restarting your routine 📈📉
2. Movement helps - gentle exercise to keep the body moving can reduce muscle soreness and stiffness! 🚶♂️
3. Eat and sleep - your body will be depleted! Complex carbs and protein with plenty of sleep will help you feel your best sooner 💤
