GOAL: 10KM in 2024!
Anyone who knows me knows how much i dislike running. I’ve never been good at it, don’t like how it makes me feel, i get bored of it easily, and i rarely feel any progress. But I want to change that!!! Being a good runner is very cool. I also want to be cool. I also want to get past the many mental barriers i’ve built around running. I will enjoy the process as much as I can! Today I shocked myself by running 4km, didn’t know it was something i could even do. Not focusing on timing! I will continue to shock myself 🤯⚡️
