Most of the time, if you’re struggling to hold your sights steady on your bow the problem is that your shoulder on your grip hand is weak. The best way to train it is to shoot, shoot and shoot some more. But you can also work on strengthening that grip arm in the gym. Grab a heavy kettle bell and HOOOOLLLLD. #elkhunting #westernhunting #archery
