Olivetti's Best Italian Pilsner! We brewed this delicious beer with our friends over @hopkinsbrewingco . This beer debuted at the annual beer festival hosted by the @utahbrewers this past weekend and a delicious beer it is! This lager was made with heirloom Eraclea Italian Pilser from @weyermann_specialty_malts . Czech Saaz and German Saphir Hops provided a subtle herbal hop character to bounce off the light malty character of the Italian barley. Fermented with a proper Eurpoean yest, this beer is a crisp and clean beauty. On a sunny afternoon like today this beer hits the spot. Snag some here at Fisher or over at Hopkins while you can 🍻 @solfoodslc is serving out front from Noon-10:00 today, we're pouring until 11:00! Fun fact! Colby and Matt (Hopkins head brewer) own a dozen typewriters between the two of them. However, neither of them own an Italian Olivetti in their respective collections.
