No April fools here - we're proud to introduce our new lineup of year-round brands! We've spent the past few years collecting tons of data on our guests likes & dislikes, and used various brewing data and feedback to culminate in the creation of these three new delicious brews! 🍻 FIRST STATE HAZY - Clocking in at 6.0% ABV, First State Hazy is hoppy without being too bitter. A healthy addition of Citra hops lends itself to strong tasting notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Smooth and bright, it's everything a Hazy IPA should be. 🍻 FIRST STATE IPA - 85 IBUs and 6.0% ABV make First State IPA a perfect representation of a West Coast Style IPA. The addition of Centennial, Simcoe, Idaho 7 & Citra shine for classic notes of pine & resin. 🍻 FIRST STATE PILS - This 5.0% ABV American Pilsner is a tried & true representation of a "beer flavored beer". Clean, crisp, and insanely crushable, a light Citra hop addition adds a bright pop of citrus to an otherwise insanely good Pils... All three beers are available in our Middletown and Rehoboth Taproom TODAY when they open at noon! You can find them rolling out on tap and in 6 packs across the state in the coming week... Theory Series lovers - we heard your feedback. We'll be rebrewing the Theory Series a handful of times before it finally retires later this year. Citradelic Disco hits the taps today, and yes, it’s as bright, loud, and hop-soaked as the name suggests! This 6.0% West Coast Style IPA is an all-Citra dance floor, brewed with Citra, Dynaboost Citra, Citra Quantum, and Citra Cryo for layer after layer of citrus hop character. Expect notes of bright citrus, resinous pine, and a pop of tart berries, all wrapped up in a crisp, clean finish that keeps the whole thing moving & grooving... 🍻TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🍻 Meet Chef Juan, the chef behind the kitchen at our Rehoboth Taproom! Born and raised in Sussex County, Juan has deep roots here at the beach. After spending some time in Philadelphia for culinary school at The Art Institute, he realized city life was not for him and made his way back home. Since then, he has worked across the beach area in barbecue, restaurants, fine dining, and local kitchens like Blues, Salt Air, and Thompson Island, to name a few. Juan has been with us in Rehoboth since we opened in March of 2025, helping shape our food program there and bring plenty of local experience to the kitchen. He describes himself as a "meat and potatoes" kind of guy, with ribeye steak and mashed potatoes ranking high on his list of favorites. His favorite FSBC beer is Black Lotus, which he says "doubles as his pre-workout before the gym" 😂 #firststatebrewing

We’re kicking things off with a very solid Tuesday lineup, including 1/2 priced handhelds and a cheesesteak worth building your dinner plans around. 🍻 Long Hot Cheesesteak Shaved ribeye, caramelized onions, blistered long hot peppers, roasted garlic aioli, Cooper sharp, toasted hoagie Pair it with an FSBC Hazy! The headliner will be a "classy", "trashy", and "splashy" oyster setup that we'll be shucking on the patio every Sunday!
