The FireSwarm team swarmed the Canadian Wildfire Conference in sunny Kelowna this week. Hosted at the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence, highlights included a thoughtful Keynote by #johnvaillant author of Fire Weather, followed by an eye-opening talk with Blaine Wiggens, CEO of the National Indigenous Fire Safety Council, and Jean Strong of #BCWildfire ‘s enlightening presentation on leading communications in challenging real-life and online environments. @globalnews was also on site, capturing the innovative new thinking and technology for aerial and ground wildfire suppression. Big thanks to the team at Vallfirest for the opportunity to showcase our ultra heavy-lift system alongside their wildland #firefighting gear and equipment.
