We are in STRENGTH x CONDITIONING season! Here’s what you can expect in class:

Our programming shifts every 12 weeks in order to help you overcome plateaus, avoid burnout and injury, keep the body challenged, and develop a well rounded foundation of fitness centered on longevity.

Our Barbell Fundamentals Workshop is designed to teach you the basics of using a barbell safely and confidently. In this workshop, we’ll break down proper setup, grip, stance, and movement patterns for foundational barbell lifts, with a strong focus on form and control. You’ll learn how to move the barbell efficiently, understand common coaching cues, and build confidence before adding load. Perfect for anyone new to barbells, returning after time away, or wanting to refine their technique in a supportive, educational setting.
This workshop is strongly recommended as a prerequisite for using the barbell in regular classes. Members who have not completed the workshop may still use the barbell at coach’s discretion, based on experience, movement quality, and comfort level. Free for members, but must sign up— limited spots!
