We are thrilled to be partnering with Acciona on the Western Harbour Tunnel project.
The Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will create a western bypass of the Sydney CBD, relieving pressure on major transport corridors. The 6.5km tunnel, scheduled to open in 2028, will feature a 6-lane roadway connecting the Rozelle Interchange with the Warringah Freeway.
Building on our experience with NorthConnex and Sydney Metro, FireSense has been selected to deliver a bespoke advanced fire system inclusive of 140 fire panels, data marshalling panels, multiple graphics systems, HLI modbus interface to Operations Management Control System and Plant Monitoring Control System, 26km of linear heat detection cable and end to end FAT testing to ensure optimal fire and life safety for the Western Harbour Tunnel.
