I decided not to mute this video for one reason, I became a celeb for putting on a different attire. There was nothing special about me but the glory of God stands out anytime and anywhere. Here is the secret, this is why I get anytime I go out. Be yourself, be modest and let the glory of God speak on your behalf.

Mental Hygiene: Caring for the Mind as You Would the Body Personal hygiene is often associated with bathing, brushing teeth, and keeping the body clean. But the mind also requires intentional care. Mental hygiene refers to the daily habits and practices that keep your thoughts healthy, clear, and balanced. Just as dirt accumulates on the body, the mind collects stress, negative thoughts, fear, and unhealthy comparisons. If left unchecked, these can affect your mood, decisions, and overall wellbeing. Maintaining mental hygiene means becoming aware of what you allow into your mind and how you process it. One key practice is controlling your mental intake. The content you consume, social media, conversations, news, shapes your thinking. Choosing uplifting, informative, and positive input helps build a stable mindset. Equally important is learning to declutter your thoughts. Reflection, journaling, or quiet time can help you release anxiety and organize your thinking. Rest is another essential part of mental hygiene. A tired mind becomes vulnerable to negativity and poor judgment. Quality sleep and moments of relaxation help the brain reset and function effectively. Additionally, practicing gratitude and positive thinking strengthens emotional resilience. This doesn’t mean ignoring reality, but choosing a constructive perspective even in difficult situations. Finally, don’t isolate yourself. Healthy relationships and meaningful conversations act as emotional cleansing, helping you process life more clearly. In simple terms, mental hygiene is daily discipline. If you neglect it, your inner life becomes chaotic. But when you care for your mind consistently, you think better, feel stronger, and live more intentionally. By Ifeoluwa Odebode

Another beautiful testimony from The Godly Match Room 💚 We are excited to celebrate Prince & Suzzy, a divine connection brought together with purpose, prayer, and intention. God is still writing love stories… and this is one of them. If you are ready for something real and intentional, your story could be next. ✨

YOU ARE MY GOD… ❤️ Today is not just another day, it is the day heaven gifted me you, my mother. You are my God in human form… not because you are perfect, but because your love has been my covering, your sacrifices my salvation, and your prayers my shield. You carried me before I even knew what life was. You fought battles I never saw. You stood strong when you were weak, just so I could stand at all. When I had nothing, I had you, and that was everything. When I was lost, your voice guided me. When I was broken, your love healed me. You are my first teacher, my silent warrior, my constant miracle. If I had a thousand lives, I would choose you as my mother again and again. Happy Birthday, my queen 👑 May God honor you the way you have honored motherhood. May your days be long, your joy be full, and your heart forever at peace. I love you more than words could ever say. ❤️ #HappyBirthdayMom #YouAreMyGod #GratefulHeart #CelebratingYou
