Our old tabletop Pac-Man machine in the basement hasn't been working for awhile, and when Franco turned it on last night for the first time in months & banged on it, we found that it was working but all the text was backwards. I think it's a good sign of things to come. The game is not over...we are just in the upside-down now. Revo Emag: a new era begins! 😆

Finally finished a mushroom puzzle that I started back in August! The first quarter of school is always crazy busy, so I never got a chance to sit and work on it until Thanksgiving break. I was inspired to get back into it after Franco's trip foraging chanterelles in Switzerland in October. Sometimes HomeGoods does not disappoint...I found this stunning bust of Medusa in their Halloween section yesterday with a broken hole where a snake had snapped off. Bought it on discount and improvised my own snake. I love that her eyes light up!! This makes the mythology nerd in me so happy! 😁🐍💗
We have a sweet new girl who has chosen us as her family...💗
We found her in the alley behind our house last weekend, and she made herself right at home when we had some friends over for a fire & smores. Since then, we've moved her into the screened-in porch, set her up with a bed & litter box, slowly introduced her to Munky, and will be giving her kitty shots later today. She's a young calico (maybe 5-6 months old) who loves to eat, give long drawn-out meows, and cuddle. We haven't given her a name yet, but I'm sure one will reveal itself as we get to know her more. If you have good name suggestions, let me know! 🐱🥰
