Feels simultaneously like a lifetime ago and also just yesterday that I nervously started out on what would become such a life-changing journey. Grateful for all the lovely people whose infinite support makes living the sober life so much easier. And sooo grateful for no more hangovers!!! Forever and ever please god 🤞🙏
My decision four years ago remains the best one I’ve ever made. And now every year it’s a joy to celebrate it - this time with biscuits, board games and Irish traitors!

Three years sober today!! THREE YEARS! ✨🎉✨
Spent the day singing incredible music with lovely pals, spent the evening with my gal @han_nahdouglas and a face full of sushi and tomorrow I get to spend the day singing at the RAH! What a way to celebrate 🤗❤️ feeling lucky and grateful for another joyous year!

Two years sober today, wooohooo!! One of the best decisions I ever made. It’s hard to put into words the massive effect it’s had on my life so I’ll just say that everything is just so much better. Incredibly grateful for all the wonderful people and support in my life and feeling soppy and happy to be alive and well 🤗 time to go enjoy my sober birthday in the sea 🤙🥳🤙 still can’t take a selfie in the sun but thought this was cute 😂
This summer I found the old family camera, shot a roll of film and crossed my fingers it would still work! A lot of them came out blurry but please enjoy these lovely people and things 🤗
