Today Is a rare chance to combine two of my loves together as I get to use the wonderful photos from @airsoftproject of myself at WW2 games as reference, as I need to paint some Winter US Bolt action from @warlordgames on my other page @megacity1sector300 for a game that I am hosting Saturday... So as I get to combine my main 2 interests (as if I am not nerdy enough) , I have painted zero figures in ages so I need to get myself going ... dont expect much though, I am not a great painter :( and the same as for when i am playing airsoft my eyesight is not great , but hey ho we will muddle through... 3 days to paint them and then maybe some scenery and then some other bits lol

Back among the living and feeling a lot better... :) Our Fbi squad is mainly made up of FBI Swat , but our Special Agent @foxtrot_531 who is also our current CSI agent is always there to back us up with his trusty @tokyo_marui MP5 (man with taste) He happy to get stuck in , bag up the body bits or deal with the all the paper work and sometimes been known to take some great photos of us as well :) @objectivelensphotography Roll on the next game which is getting close and is to raise funds for our local Cat Charity @v4crescue counting down the days...

Still Ill and in bed but have stopped throwing up, which is a bonus :) down side is , wife may have it now :( So its an oldey but a goldey and once again by the Airsoft photo master @airsoftproject from a WW2 game I ran back a while ago at @fireballsquadron It was great to play in the snow and really added to the game, but I was meant to be in German mountin troop gear, which would have been perfect...but a lack of allies meant a quick change , though it was avery cold day and some were playing in thin kit :( thanksfully I had a nice big great coat which is so warm... also handy if going to lay on the floor in the snow... Rocking an @ares_amoeba M3 Greese gun, which has ebb which is fun, down side lipos in the mags ...not so much fun... hopefully be well tomorrow cheers All guns etc are Airsoft and not real...

Been ill all day and just got up for a bit... so its an oldey but it has to be 1 of my top 5 photos... Taken by @airsoftproject and using photograhers tricks (ie a tripod) he is bang centre of the photo as the eye candy lol The 6th Cavalry is one of the Airsoft teams I help with and this was taken at Wild west game at @fireballsquadron , and to get 20 of us all dressed up ready to help the gold rush town of Satsuma... I think we all look rather dashing, even though I seemed to hide at the back... Maybe its time for the 6th to ride again... added a 2nd photo just so I can be vain and see myself lol Back to bed I go... PS this was a airsoft game not trying to be totaly spot on etc

This 2 Images just popped up on my memories, from 9 Years ago! when I was prepping to run Large Star Wars Airsoft games in the UK... Photo's and amazing edit's by @airsoftproject check out his work... The Star Wars game were some of my Favourite ones and was great to be first to run the first large organised ones with folks in star wars kit etc ... They are now going strong in the USA , France and other sites in the Uk as well, some epic looking games and amazing kit levels... Maybe one day I will do another (say that every year) we do have some great plans , but time is a killer :( Its an @armorerworks Dl44 which i think i still have 2, and E11 , a 180 and 2 dh17s lol :( oooh maybe I should wear Star Wars kit for the May game... but not the wookie costume... #starwars #starwarsairsoft

As I have now hit 55 :( I have found its not all go go go... sometimes you just have to chill and let the kids go running off lol And during this slower period @objectivelensphotography got some great photos of me, go check out his work around the local airsoft sites and his wildlife ones over at @objectivelensphotographywild ... I was also very low on ammo, as was down to my last mag... and the Storm we had recently had decided to leave us a nice bench for us to sit on... Most would say Cover but I think seat ... and as I wanted to try out my hydration @iceplate from @qoreperformance which can get in the UK from @tacticalkit as super speed... It was a nice summers day with it being a hot sunny day and I loved it, drinking nicely chilled water... and it fits in were your rear plate would be (for airsoft...dont do that for real steal things lol) Lot of the time I used to just wear a chest rig in the summer months, but I think it will be a plate carrier this year if for nothing else to carry the Iceplate... and next month I get to try it in ICEPLATE EXO® Gen 3 Ultralight Minimalist Plate Carrier in Ranger Green and think it may be time to gett he Cadpat back out or maybe even go MC Tropic for a real change...
