“A good tile should outlive the person who makes it.” For Firdaus Variava (@firdybaba ), owner of Bharat Floorings & Tiles, the company has always been part of life. The factory floor, the craftsmen, the constant hum of production - these weren’t things he discovered later. They were simply part of growing up. Stepping into the business came with a sense of responsibility. “When you inherit something like this,” he says, “you have to make sure you leave it better than you found it.” Firdaus speaks as much about people as he does about the product.
