Something special, exactly like home made “strozzapreti”.
400g flour + 200ml warm whater + pinch of salt.
Mix and knead until smooth, let it rest for 30min while you learn a nolliedouble heelflip like Mike.
Roll out the dough and cut it strips. Then use your fingers for twist and break the “strozzapreti” and boil them.
Serv with pesto, cream and speck, ragù or sausage and mushrooms and start dreaming.
The simple and beloved spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Heat some olive oil and roast the garlic in it.
Add crushed tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and let it cook.
Boil water for the spaghetti and take your time to do some tricks.
Adjust the sauce with a little bit of sugar, mix, and pour it over the spaghetti.
Taste it and smile. 🍝
