Papi x Drew Snaith (formally of Sesta) 31.01 12 - late - a la carte menu of course. The first of Papi’s final tour event series begins with your friend and mine Drew Snaith who will be taking over the pots and indeed pans on the very final day of January, for one day only. In December Drew closed the stunning Sesta, but this has not damped his desire to scotch every olive that crosses his path. Expect a menu that brings both Papi and sesta classics together to create something new and more powerful, think of Drew and Matthew doing 360 spins in the kitchen, whirling like Dervishs as dishes fly out (in an elegant and organised way.)
