Stage presence isn’t talent — it’s training. 🎤 This is me moderating at @womenconnectlive , leading a room full of 300 high-level women through real conversation, real clarity, and real takeaways. That’s the standard inside of my company Talk Better Academy (TBA): ✅ speak with authority (without sounding rehearsed) ✅ say it clearly on the spot ✅ command the room on stage + on camera If you’re done shrinking when it’s time to speak, DM “VOICE”. #TalkBetterAcademy #WomenConnectLive #PublicSpeakingCoach #AtlantaSpeaker #WomenInBusiness . . . Also, if you’re looking for a micro version of this event, please check out one of the upcoming @womenconnect_georgia events for you to attend- great women, great connections.

My happy place! 🎤 Do you want to learn more about how to get opportunities on stage and communicate effectively?

As a Communication Coach, this is one of the most common fears for a lot of the female founders that I work with. One of my favorite things to tell people is about the role of fear in its place in your life in terms of you utilizing your voice. So often people stop themselves from living their best lives because of what they think COULD happen or MIGHT happen. This is not the way we are designed to live. Being nervous and anxious about going on stage is actually normal. The main thing I try to get people to understand is that just because you are nervous does not mean things are going to go badly. There is a way to channel your anxiety. I am here to help.

And just like that….. I have the opportunity to pour into another phenomenal group of women who are taking ownership over their message and having a stronger presence in every room that they walk in. If you or someone you know who wants to be a part of the next one, comment the word “STAGE” so you can experience what you have been envisioning for yourself.

What happens when a woman stops shrinking and starts using her voice again? In this deeply honest episode, I sit with @findingyourneish , host, speaker, and communication specialist, as we explore the invisible ways women become silenced — through criticism, heartbreak, ambition, burnout, motherhood, trauma, and the pressure to be “likable.” Neisha shares her journey from producing television news to founding @talkbetteracademy , where she now helps female founders learn how to communicate confidently on stage, on camera, and in everyday life. This conversation dives into: - Finding your voice after self-doubt - The power of communication in business & relationships - Why women crave belonging and sisterhood - Adult friendship & finding your people - Visibility, social media & speaking confidently - Healing the inner critic - Creating joy in difficult times At its core, this is a conversation about being seen, heard, and remembered. Being a mom is my greatest gift. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. 💕 it is my great joy to parent my two beautiful daughter with pride and dignity. Being their mom is my highest honor. . However, with all the beauty, passion, joy, heartfelt moments, it does come with lots of sacrifice, many moments of “inconveniences”, feeling drained, under appreciated. I see often time there is a line that is drawn between Mom‘s who believe that being a mom is their calling and moms who lose their calling once they become a mom. I have contemplated this idea so often throughout my experience and motherhood, and I have reached a conclusion that there can be duality in my calling being a mom, but also my calling and who I am outside of being a mom and holding on to that as well. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! 🌹

A dangerous game was played today. 😂 …. Watching the spirit of “Don’t touch me” leave my body as soon as the plate hits the table…..Safe to say the vibes have been restored. #Marriagelife Sweatshirts - @pinkpassionapparel
