One year ago we got engaged!! Crazy how time flies. As promised, here are some engagement photos! And a little story about how it all went down. I had planned a trip for Eric’s birthday to NOLA because he’s always wanted to go. Little did I know, he had planned to hijack it and propose!! He planned a beautiful day, starting with beignets and hot chocolate, followed by a gorgeous walk through the park where he surprised me with a ring! Caught me completely off guard in the best possible way. Love this man so much. 💖

Scooter was such a personality. He loved to run fast and jump high. He was always so goofy. One of my favorite things about him was that when he was happy or excited he would smile so big. So I wanted to share some of my favorite smiles and silly moments with him. 🥹💖
Earlier this month my family and I had to do one of the hardest things I’ve probably ever had to do and say good bye to Scooter. So this post (and maybe the next couple) is for him.
To the best pup ever, thanks for the most amazing 17 years and for choosing us to be your people. Thanks for being my best friend through it all. Growing up with you was the best gift I could ask for. Hope you’re somewhere running freely on a big field and eating lots of yummy food. 💖
