We just finished another Finding He(art) Workshop, and honestly? My heart’s full. How do you even pack this past weekend into words and a one minute recap video, just impossible. With an amazing group of talented photographers, together, we dove into storytelling and intentional layering with @lightbyiris , and dug deep into personal style and creative voice with @ashley_kaplan_photography . Plus, we leveled up our businesses with SEO from our guest @beccajeanphotography We had three distinct live sessions: cozy in-home session, the wild beauty of Columbia River Gorge, and the gritty-cool streets of downtown Portland—each pushing us to see light, story, and connection in totally different ways. We laughed, learned, stayed up late sharing stories, ate delicious food, and—most importantly—built lasting connections with a group of big-hearted, inspiring women. I’m sitting here scrolling through photos and videos, wishing we could do it all over again. And that’s a wrap on our second Finding He(art) Workshop. We had an incredible weekend in Austin with a group of talented photographers. We spent our weekend at 4 shoot along sessions in diverse locations, learning about cinematic storytelling and intentional layering in client sessions with the @lightbyiris , delving deep on our style and creative voice with @ashley_kaplan_photography , taking a business SEO and marketing class with our guest speaker @jessicarockowitz . We learned a ton, made new friends, expanded our business and artistic repetoire, laughed, created community, stayed up late sharing stories, hung out in the pool, ate delicious food, and built lasting community with a phenomenal group of big heARTed female photographers.
